Question Regarding Improvement

Sir I've completed my fsc with 906/1200.
Now the issue is that I have good marks in 2nd year but my first year marks were not good even after improvement.
I have 398 marks in first year.
Now i want to improve first year marks again so can I?And will I have to give both first and second year papers again for improvement or just 1st year papers?
